More than just passionate about cooking, Zohra is a true lover of gastronomy. It is from this deep affection that she decided to share her taste for eclecticism and her eagerness to discover new inspirations, drawn from her many travels.

This vibrant epicurean graduated with distinction from the Brussels Hotel School before working at some of the finest Italian restaurants in the Belgian capital. She owes this enriching experience to her friend Gigi from Frascati – the chic restaurant located in Laeken – who offered her her first job, and to whom she never fails to pay tribute.

Always striving for excellence, the chef never shies away from a challenge. She regularly takes part in culinary competitions, which sharpen her skills and feed her appetite for all-terrain cooking.

She loves to test and reinvent everything, from the haute cuisine of Parisian palaces to Brussels bistro dishes, and even the street food stalls of Bangkok.

Zohra travels extensively through Southern Europe as well as Southeast Asia, allowing her to constantly find new sources of inspiration.

Back home, she blends local coastal cuisine – rich in fish and seafood – with the flavors she has discovered along the way.

With unfailing creativity and a signature touch of glamour, Zohra’s cuisine takes you on a journey and invites you to experience the delightful madness of her imaginative plate.
